Dry Canyon Homes (the developer of the Villas) has not paid their required assessment since April 2009. Although liens have been filed on their vacant lots, it is expected that their non-payment will continue. We are also expecting that approximately 3 Sienna Hills homeowners throughout the year will not pay their dues. Based on these assumptions, the Association should gross approximately $21,240 during the calendar year 2011. Expenses for 2011 are expected to be over $30,000. SITLA anticipates paying the 2011expected shortage.
