Meetings During the Declarant Control Period (see section 1.30
of the CCRs) regular HOA meetings are not scheduled. However, any Sienna
Hills resident may contact the Board Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM
to 6:00 PM at the contact information listed below: Location: 2303 North Coral Canyon Blvd, Suite 100-A, Washington, UT 84780 Phone: 435-652-2950 Top 5 Items/Concerns from Sienna Hills Residents:
2. Pet Waste Stations--Several residents have requested stations for the proper clean-up of pets. We are considering placing one of these in the HOA park and one along the chipstone trail (running up from the HOA park to and under I-15). However, these cost approximately $150 each, and are currently not budgeted. 3. Water in Culverts--A few residents continue to call regarding the amount of water running through the box culverts in our trail system (under Grapevine Crossing Road, under Washington Parkway Roundabout, and under I-15). However, these box culverts were designed to carry historical water flows from the north side of Sienna Hills, through the Sienna Hills development, to our detention basin near the Sienna Hills lift station, and finally under Telegraph Road, eventually feeding the Virgin River. These waters cannot be diverted. Fortunately, the culverts are dry enough for passage the majority of the year. 4. Light Outages--The Association is responsible for the entrance feature lights (as you enter Grapevine Crossing, Ridgeview Drive, or Sandy Talus from Washington Parkway) and for the lights in the box culvert underneath Grapevine Crossing Road. It is not responsible for any street lights. To report a streetlight outage, contact the City at abyington@washingtoncity.org or 435-656-6329. The City fixes street lights twice a month. 5. HOA dues--What does our monthly HOA fee of $10.00 go towards? In summary, it pays for the landscape maintenance along Grapevine Crossing, Redstone Road, Ridgeview Drive, Sandy Talus, and the HOA park. It also pays the power bill for the entrance feature lights, the lights in the box culvert, the water bill for the landscaping. Finally, it pays for the HOA insurance. For additional information, see Monthly Assessment and Financials. The monthly assessments do not actually cover the HOA fees. The balance is funded by the master developer, SITLA.
