Sienna Hills now has four neighborhoods, all of which are complimented by a City Park, an LDS Church, a future IHC, a Maverik gas station, City and Private trails, and an HOA Park.

Each single family residential home is classified as either a “custom” home, or a “production” home. The setbacks, square footage requirements, and other minimum requirements for these two types of homes are vastly different, so builders need to be aware of the differences and need to understand what they wish to build (defined in further detail in section 3 of the PCD). In summary, the two types are as follows:

Production Homes: a single plan set, or slight variation of the same plan set, which is to be used on more than one lot within the same neighborhood.
Custom Homes: a plan set for use on a single lot.
